Changes for version 0.005

This module name changes Debug::Smart to Log::Smart. I mistake naming wrong name. (Thanks to nadim khemir)
File handles creates once when import time.
Remove Path::Class.
Added CLOSE method.

To install Log::Smart, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Log::Smart

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Log::Smart
