Catalyst::Plugin::ParseDateTime - ASCII String to DateTime Object for Catalyst.

SYNOPSIS

  use Catalyst qw/ParseDateTime/;

  my $dt = $c->parse_datetime($string); #Return DateTime Object

  # Example when Catalyst::View::TT
