Remove the Build.PL so there won't be two build files.

- I think it doesn't matter too much with Dist-Zilla, but to avoid future complaints, I decided to comply with the request.

Remove files and directories

To install File::Remove, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm File::Remove

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install File::Remove
