Inline-Ruby-0.04

Changes for version 0.04

Start integrating the patch from https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=32536 for compatibility with ruby-1.9.x/etc.
- Applied it semi-manually to Makefile.PL, and to the .xs and .c files.

Write Perl subroutines and classes in Ruby.

To install Inline::Ruby, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Inline::Ruby

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Inline::Ruby
