Changes for version 0.15 - 2016-04-26

Convert the distribution from Module-Install which has become undermaintained to Dist-Zilla.
Some implied enhancements such as pod coverage, VCS repository information and meta-data, removal of trailing whitespace, a LICENSE file, etc.

PerlIO layer for normalizing line endings

To install PerlIO::eol, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm PerlIO::eol

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install PerlIO::eol
