Changes for version 0.0.4

Fix a bug where we compared ->name() instead of ->localname().
- This caused <db:info /> not to match as <info /> if db: and the default namespace are the same.

compare two XML files for equivalency, in an ordered fashion.

To install Test::XML::Ordered, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::XML::Ordered

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::XML::Ordered
