Changes for version 0.16 - 2026-10-28

  • Namespace falsy keys ('0', 0, '') and blessed objects. They were sent to the global keyspace without the namespace prefix.
  • The guess option no longer namespaces trailing non-key arguments of commands whose last key position is negative. e.g. BLPOP's timeout
  • Namespace '0' now prefixes keys with '0:'. An omitted or empty namespace means no namespace in every command, including KEYS, SCAN and PSUBSCRIBE.
