Changes for version 0.01

First cut: ProxyManager with test_openvpn, create_config, connect methods. Config with print_config HMA (ProxyManager superclass) with get_server_list, parse_server_list_string, get_servers, get_hma_config, connect_to_random_server, hma_connect.

connect to proxy servers using OpenVPN.

connect to HideMyAss.com (HMA) proxy servers using OpenVPN.

To install Net::OpenVPN::ProxyManager, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::OpenVPN::ProxyManager

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::OpenVPN::ProxyManager
