Changes for version 0.31

Finally get roudn to uploading to CPAN. Forgot to put README in MANIFEST so try and delete and upload again. Which doens't work. So I just upped the version number;)

Session management via shared memory

Store persistent data in shared memory

To install Apache::Session::SharedMem, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Apache::Session::SharedMem

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Apache::Session::SharedMem
