Changes for version 0.14

Add $Math::Decimal64::NNW (set to 0). If this variable is set to 1, then non-numeric warnings will be given whenever a string containing any non-numeric characters is given to Math::Decimal64::_atodecimal().
Remove looks_like_number() from _atodecimal
No longer export nnumflag(), set_nnum() and clear_nnum().

To install Math::Decimal64, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Math::Decimal64

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Math::Decimal64
