Changes for version 0.66

Correct some some mistakes (introduced in 0.65) in assigning values of some strings.
Allow a leading '+' in both numerator and denominator strings. GMP's mpq_set_str() does not permit this - so this is new behaviour.

To install Math::GMPq, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Math::GMPq

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Math::GMPq
