Changes for version 2.02

Add TRmpfr_out_str/TRmpfr_inp_str (which wraps mpfr_out_str/mpfr_inp_str more Truly than Rmpfr_out_str/Rmpfr_inp_str).
Rmpfr_out_str now has the option to take a prefix string.
Remove the tests in the Makefile.PL that test for the presence of a suitable compiler, GMP library and MPFR library.

perl interface to the MPFR (floating point) library.

To install Math::MPFR, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Math::MPFR

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Math::MPFR
