Add 'readme_from' directive to Makefile.PL.
Fix LICENSE file.
Improve example in Error::Pure::Always doc to explicit set to default Error::Pure::TYPE.
Update Module::Install to 1.12 version.

Perl module for rewrite die by err from Error::Pure module.

To install Error::Pure::Always, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Error::Pure::Always

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Error::Pure::Always
