Changes for version 0.348 - 2014-12-12

  • REST_Config.pm: add DOCHAZKA_AUDITING and DOCHAZKA_AUDIT_TABLES to (1) make auditing optional, and (2) give site admin control over which tables are audited
  • REST.pm: make auditing optional; implement 'create_audit_triggers' and 'delete_audit_triggers' routines to enable auditing to be disabled and re-enabled as and when desired
