Changes for version 0.04 - 2009-12-14

Convert to Module::Build to fix the annoying re-compilation of libnova and other stuff.
Add some new dependencies in this context.
Wrestled typemaps into submission.

To install Astro::Nova, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Astro::Nova

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Astro::Nova
