Changes for version 0.4.1 - 2026-09-13

  • Fix compilation failure on Windows Strawberry Perl with PERL_IMPLICIT_SYS by adding Perl interpreter thread context (pTHX_/aTHX_) to histo_xs_cli_capture.
  • Enforce Alien::libhisto 0.4.0+ in CONFIGURE_REQUIRES to prevent Alien::Base::Wrapper from resetting requirement to 0 and failing on outdated installations lacking kde.h.
  • Add pre-configure version guard for Alien::libhisto in Makefile.PL.
