If the --pattern argument to cpan2par is omitted, we look at @ARGV for patterns: "cpan2par Foo::Bar" should now package Foo::Bar

cpanm PAR::Dist::FromCPAN

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install PAR::Dist::FromCPAN
