Changes for version 0.09 - 2012-09-14

Removes use of variadic macros for compatibility with inferior compilers.
"looks_like_sereal" method/function for a quick way to check for valid Sereal *headers*.
More liberal set of encoder versions we run the full tests with.

To install Sereal::Decoder, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Sereal::Decoder

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Sereal::Decoder
