Consider first release
Changed the DEFINITION and IMPORT parser
- grab DEF and IMPORT as chunks, then parse the chunck
Eliminated -singlefile option
- if a DEF is found in more than one file, function errors out

Parse MIB files and determine MIB Load Order.

To install Net::Dev::Tools::MIB::MIBLoadOrder, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::Dev::Tools::MIB::MIBLoadOrder

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::Dev::Tools::MIB::MIBLoadOrder
