Changes for version 0.30

  • Remove mod_perl1 references in favor of mod_perl2
  • Add TLSCertVerify and TLSCAfile variables
  • Remove hardcoded verify => none from start_tls
  • I will delete the Apache2::AuthNetLDAP module in favor of this one
