- convert utf8 characters back to something perl's filesystem functions understand
removed t/Tree_Manifest.t -- make distcheck should be enough

To install Tk::Tree, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Tk::Tree

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Tk::Tree
