Changes for version 0.07

my fix for the test files was wrong (I have to admit I didnt test it on the other platforms, I was lazy, but the bad kind of lazy). This should work now.

A minimal lightweight exception class

To install Class::Throwable, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Class::Throwable

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Class::Throwable
