added the options to set a date from the constructor which uses Time::Local::timelocal() to construct the new date
added Time::Local as a dependency

A simple Date and Time formatting object

To install Date::Formatter, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Date::Formatter

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Date::Formatter
