Changes for version 0.03

added debian/* files to allow for Debian users to easily install the module. Thanks to Mark Lawrence for the patch.

Perl pragma for debugging and logging of debug lines.

To install debug, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm debug

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install debug
