Changes for version 1.11

fixed issue in POD which broke POD tests using Test::Pod v1.40 (preventing packaging into RedHat EL 6). Reported by Denis Fateyev

Read and write files while keeping the original line-endings intact, no matter the platform.

To install File::Edit::Portable, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm File::Edit::Portable

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install File::Edit::Portable
