is_read check in write() is now performed before $copy assignment to $file, so that the proper original file's recsep is used (fixes #19)

Read and write files while keeping the original line-endings intact, no matter the platform.

To install File::Edit::Portable, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm File::Edit::Portable

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install File::Edit::Portable
