moved from functional interface to OO for keeping state and better error management
temp() now returns a 2 point float

Monitor environment temperature/humidity, and act when limits are reached

To install RPi::DHT11::EnvControl, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm RPi::DHT11::EnvControl

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install RPi::DHT11::EnvControl
