Changes for version 2.3606 - 2018-04-16

removed RPi::Const from t/40, it wasn't required, and eliminated a prereq we didn't need

Access and manipulate Raspberry Pi GPIO pins

To install RPi::Pin, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm RPi::Pin

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install RPi::Pin
