removed requirement of WiringPi::API, all low-level operational code is now incorporated into a local XS file

Basic read/write interface to a serial port

To install RPi::Serial, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm RPi::Serial

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install RPi::Serial
