Changes for version 2.3614 - 2017-05-27

added GPSD::Parse support via gps()
removed all traces of software PWM (closes #7)
added a note in FAQ that explains that sudo is not required unless using PWM features (closes #26)
removed standalone Interrupt object code and documentation (Interrupt.pm)
removed RPi::WiringPi::Pin, and made it standalone. We now require RPi::Pin external distribution instead (closes #25)
