added all of the wiringPiDev shared library LCD functions, and mapped them in ::Core

Perl wrapper for Raspberry Pi's wiringPi Core and System functions

To install RPi::WiringPi::Core, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm RPi::WiringPi::Core

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install RPi::WiringPi::Core
