Changes for version 0.64 - 2015-09-30

Fixed a bug with TODO not being looked for in the right place due to $Test::Builder::Level not being restored after being modified. This wasn't detected due to a bug in a test. (Thanks exodist!).

Test double framework with method stubs and behaviour verification

To install Test::Mocha, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::Mocha

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::Mocha
