fix IPv6 support (was bad ethernet type id)
performance should be faster for TCP and UDP now
Behavior change: Net::PcapWriter::packet gets Layer 2 packet now (ethernet layer) instead of IP packet

simple creation of pcap files from code

To install Net::PcapWriter, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
