Changes for version 0.7.0

Added retrieve_build_staging_strategy, execute_build_promotion, import_repository_content, uses Path::Tiny instead of File::Slurp (although out of memory error persists on uploading a large archive)

Perl client for Artifactory REST API

To install Artifactory::Client, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Artifactory::Client

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Artifactory::Client
