make Date thread-safe
date objects in localzone (created with null tomezine), now follows tzset() (after they are changed)

Date

extremely fast Date framework with timezones, microseconds, relative dates and intervals support.

Relative date object.

Timezone information object.

enable/disable date strict mode.

To install Date, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Date
