Bugfix: module hasn't been automerging hashes inside 'if', 'for', and other blocks.

Convenient and flexible config loader in perl format.

To install Panda::Config::Perl, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Panda::Config::Perl

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Panda::Config::Perl
