This module has been split from Panda::Date. No changes compared to it inside Panda::Date v2.9
Started at version 3.0.0, to avoid conflicts with Panda::Time embedded to Panda::Date prior to 3.0.0

low-level and very efficient POSIX time/zone functions implementation in C.

To install Panda::Time, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Panda::Time

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Panda::Time
