- Main plugin needs access to the Schema's current_user so move stashing of user in Schema from Routes to main plugin class.
BUG FIXES
- Add dep on Scalar::Utils for weaken method.

- Remove pg_enable_utf8 from Pg tests - closes issue #1.
- Omit BUILD from pod-coverage.
