Fix generate heroku for full apps by switching to Mojo::Util->class_to_file (was not working since v0.06 with Mojolicious 3.0+)

To install Mojolicious::Command::deploy::heroku, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Mojolicious::Command::deploy::heroku

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Mojolicious::Command::deploy::heroku
