Changes for version 0.047 - 2012-08-28

  • The 'index' command is no longer supported. With the latest versions of Pinto and Pinto::Server, this command is no longer useful.
  • The --dryrun option is only supported on the add, pull, and merge commands. It didn't make much sense on other commands.
