Changes for version 0.03 - 2010-09-14

the previous update didn't have the desired effect, as META.yml is autogenerated by ExtUtils::MakeMaker, so I changed Makefile.PL now
fixed an error in the pod formatting of the documentation

A perl module to convert ASN1 to XML and back, using the asn1c tools enber and unber.

To install Convert::ASN1::asn1c, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Convert::ASN1::asn1c

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Convert::ASN1::asn1c
