Changes for version 0.02

Fixed bug with option tags. Now displays all 'option' tag attributes, in addition to selected and value. Better support for boolean attributes.

Populates HTML Forms with CGI data.

To install HTML::FillInForm, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm HTML::FillInForm

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install HTML::FillInForm
