Fixed problem with empty option tags (e.g. <select name="x"><option></select>) Thanks to Ade Olonoh for the patch!

Populates HTML Forms with CGI data.

To install HTML::FillInForm, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm HTML::FillInForm

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install HTML::FillInForm
