B::Hooks::AtRuntime::OnlyCoreDependencies - it is just B::Hooks::AtRuntime but with only core dependencies
DESCRIPTION
You probably want B::Hooks::AtRuntime.
I just created this version because I didn't want dependencies on Sub::Name, Module::Build, and Test::Exports.
