Changes for version 1.001 - 2011-04-02

Rename new_smiple to new_unauthenticated and document its usage.
Rename verify_certificate_by_XXX functions to authenticate_by_XXX, make them share common code, document their usage.
Use Math::BigInt instead of string comparison for comparing big hexadecimal numbers.
