- Stop relying on warnings::fatal_enabled() function which doesn't exist on Perl < 5.12.
Other
- Make the undocumented E* functions handle the sprintf stuff within themselves.

To install MooseX::Deprecated, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MooseX::Deprecated

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MooseX::Deprecated
