Changes for version 0.10 - 2013-03-27

Perl5 installs public executable scripts(like `prove`) to /usr/local/share/ if it exists. This -A'eval:scriptdir=$prefix/bin' option avoid this feature. (Reported by moznion++)

cpanm Perl::Build

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perl::Build
