Changes for version 0.02

Fix commit ordering problem.
Remove local branches that no longer exist in the remote repository.
Set dummy user when ui.username is not set, in Mercurial tests (Syohei Yoshida).

Send repository commit digest emails

To install App::SCM::Digest, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::SCM::Digest
