Changes for version 0.12

Re-clone the repository if an attempted operation fails, and restore the original repository if the re-clone or retried operation doesn't succeed.
Prefer the remote repository when merging conflicts.
Handle missing commits better.

Send repository commit digest emails

To install App::SCM::Digest, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::SCM::Digest
