Update internal n128 handling so that IP objects can be used in conjunction with threads.

IPv4/IPv6 address library

To install Net::IP::XS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::IP::XS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::IP::XS
